Hotel Park Side Tokyo

This hotel offers great value for money with its affordable prices, especially considering the prime location right across from the picturesque Shinobazu pond in Ueno park. The staff are attentive and provide small touches like a sweet welcome pack for children, making families feel very welcome. The rooms, though small, are clean and have either a view of the park or a small but deep bath, perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring. Breakfast at the bakery in Ueno station is a delicious start to the day.

I loved the location of this hotel. Being located just opposite Shinobazu pond and close to Ueno station, it made exploring the area convenient. The hotel is also situated near Ameyoko shopping street, a great place to explore and find unique items. the hotel is located in a train station where they do 'morning settos' for about 500 yen, a fantastic and affordable breakfast option. The staff at the hotel were also very friendly and helpful.

Great location, 5 min walk from Ueno Station. Spacious Standard Double Smoking Room on 5th floor with a view of Shinobazu park. Bathroom had toiletries and extras. Large comfortable king-sized bed. Friendly staff, good English. Huge piano bar on 10th floor with amazing view. Welcoming to children. Nearby temples, shrines, museums.

The hotel is conveniently located near the train/subway station, making it easy to explore Tokyo. From the hotel, you can easily catch the loop line, Shinkansen, or the Keisei Skyliner to the airport. There are also nearby clubs for entertainment and train stations where morning settos are available for a reasonable price. The rooms are clean and the service is excellent. The hotel offers a variety of facilities including internet access, and some rooms have a beautiful view of the pond and city.
